We had to book this room last minute. As our other booking was too disturbing to stay in. The staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly and they actually smile, making the experience welcoming. The room was clean (the floors could have used a little more effort) The room was spacious and well set up, our kitchen had a nice mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and had basics such as silverware and pots and pans. They even had dish soap and a clean sponge. My room had a broom that was handy because my kids spilt some cheese from their lunchable pizza so was able to clean it without a worry. I did have to use a piece of cardboard for a dust pan but hey I’m a mom I can adapt. They probably had dust pans at one point but someone probably broke it. But it would be helpful if the room had one too.

Well first off we arrived and we felt like we were walking into a pool area. The entire room was muggy and felt wet. Sent my husband to ask if this is normal only to have the manager come down and roller her eyes at us for it being because the room was just cleaned and the hot tub. Shouldn’t a room with a hot tub have the hot tub behind a closed door for that reason? Not out In the main room? But I digress, we decided to put up with it. Only to find out the bed was beyond stiff, and had sheets pulling off the corner when you moved. Furniture was from the 80s, and the whole room was tiled due to the hot tub. We were told we would have to go another hotel down the block just to use the coffee maker as well. Every room had a patio set except for ours which we had to share with the room next

Dirty, overpriced, parking lot is a nightmare. We got there for check in and the parking spot we were given didn't even exist so we had to have them assign us a new one. The parking is also really tight. When we finally got up to our room I immediately noticed that the floors felt super dirty (like they'd been lightly swept but not mopped) and the kitchenette counters looked like they hadn't been wiped off in WEEKS. The room was also a completely different layout than what the booking site had. The bathroom was super cramped with no sink (you have to use the kitchenette sink) and they have the cheapest beds and mattresses ever. We could also easily hear other guests outside and in the neighboring room. The only positive is that it's right on the main stretch across the road from the water

I wanna start off by saying the location is great and the room view we had was awesome. The staff here were nice but not very knowledgeable. I asked one staff member if they had an ice machine, he said no but then I found one next to the pool. The pool is not heated even though it’s advertised as heated online and on the sign in front of the hotel. When we asked about the heated pool we were told by a staff member that it’s heated seasonally. We said okay so it’s heated in the winter? He said no it’s heated in July. Not too sure what that means maybe by the sun? The rooms were just okay. We were in a “newly” renovated room however the only thing that seemed new was maybe the flooring and the beds. Also the floors were filthy! Our feet were completely black from walking around the room. Ov

Overall, I would not recommend this location. The service and workers were very kind and helped solve a problem quickly. The room starts off looking clean (dated and semi updated), but when you pull back the sheets, you can tell they weren't clean (could feel the sand in them). The floors are filthy, seem fine at first but I accidently spilled some water and went to clean it up and the towel turned dark brown. The more we walked around the room, the more we could tell it wasn't fully cleaned, just made to look tidy. As of right now, we didn't see any bugs. The pool seemed clean enough. It is right by the train tracks so it can be loud. Did have a nice cooling unit in room.
