Grand Mammoth Resorts

I spent my 30th birthday here with a couple of friends, and it was such an incredible experience! Check in was easy, the house was incredibly spacious but still felt cozy. There was plenty of room for us and they had a full kitchen if you don't want to eat out. We did eat at the house a lot because it was so convenient. However, we were able to get to the village very easily, and the location was truly perfect! They were super helpful and checked in to make sure we got there smoothly and everything was up to our standards. Overall it was an amazing stay, and when we go back to Mammoth, we will absolutely be staying here again.

A group of us stayed at Snow Creek #566 for 2 nights 0n March 10-12th. I Had called GMR a couple of weeks prior to our trip, and talked to one of their CSR. I told him what I needed: I specifically told him we had people that wanted their own full bathrooms. ||3 bedroom, 3 bath||Jacuzzi||Fireplace||Able to sleep 2 couples, and 2 singles with individual rooms.||We stated we needed 3 full bathrooms due to some of the people coming, didn't know each other and it would be uncomfortable.||||I checked in on Friday, March 10th and went to the property. It was very hard to find due to the numbers on the building being hidden by the snow. When I walked into the property we immediately notice there were not 3 bathrooms. Stayed for a week. The condo was perfect for the amount of people we had. The condo was A little outdated but we were not there for condo but the areas activities. The staff was amazing. Kept us updated at all times on how to get lures and were to go. Will definitely call them on our next trip. Very easy to communicate with.

We stayed at Aspen Creek. Location is within walking distance of eagle Lodge. The room was nice and clean, kitchen is well stocked. There was no wifi in our room. You have to bring your own Ethernet cable to plug in to your laptop. The stay was pleasant but the booking process was not. There were several different fees stacked on top of the daily room rate. Those were not made clear until i had entered my credit card info. I felt a little sour after seeing the total price. Check out time is 10AM. A bit too early for the tired folks who spent all days riding on the slopes.

I'll start off by saying that I never complain in general and have never posted on a review board in my life but felt compelled to after my recent stay with this agency. We arrived at a cabin initially with no wifi after clearly being promised it in the rental contract. After three hours of back and forth we finally were accommodated a new cabin. After moving all our ski stuff to a new cabin and settled in late, we turned on the heater to discover a new horrendous smell of a rotting rat carcass which permeated every inch of the cabin. We removed the rat, cleaned, bleached and tried to suck it up overnight with every window open in the freezing cold. By 7 am the smell and cold were unbearable and packed all our stuff and went to the manager 's office. Michelle, the manager, very rudely imp
