Positive: "" Negative: That there was no employees on staff and I couldn?t check in normally! I didn?t receive the accurate code to enter the building or the room and I had to call multiple people to figure it out.

I travel all the time for work. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. For 2 weeks in a row they give me the wrong code for my door. First time I was able to get in within 10 minutes. Second time I was stuck in the hallway for an hour. The entire hotel smells like a mixture of weed and cigarettes. For the cherry on top there is no staff to help with any concerns. Instead, you have to call an outsourced call center that has the freedom to hang up on you. Overall just a poorly run establishment that couldn’t care less about their customers.

My company was looking to host several of our business partners at this location over a duration of 5 weeks and scattered times. For week one, two business partners checked in and experience absolutely terrible from the start. In room one, the balcony door, which faces the Brucker expressway, had a quarter size crack in the door seal, allowing all of the traffic noise to permeate throughout the room all day and night. That same room lacked a window shade, allowing all of the city's lights and traffic lights to penetrate the room as well. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this is the first time this has happened to me at this hotel. Supposedly, it’s a luxury hotel, but it’s missing someone at the front desk, someone who’s there waiting for guests. First, I had my booking for four in the afternoon, but I arrived at seven. When I walked in, there was nothing, no one there, so I called the number provided and they gave me some instructions. I called, and they asked me everything they needed about the booking, and then they gave me further instructions. When I followed those instructions and entered the code, the door never opened. I had to go to the building next door and speak with the doorman, and of course, he had the key to get in. I gave him a twenty-dollar tip, went to my room, and the room reeked of marijuana. On top o

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. It’s a complete scam. The access code they gave me let me in the building but not the room. I waited outside the room door for over 30 minutes with 2 small children trying to get in contact with the customer service number and never got an answer. The next day when i finally spoke to someone they told me to go back to the property but at that time I was already in a new hotel. I want a full refund. This property claim to be smoke free but it’s not.
