Glass Slipper Inn

I proudly give this establishment the highest rating! I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for this place — and with pride — after staying here for 16 consecutive days. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! First of all, it’s extremely well located — in a quiet and safe area — with a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you directly to Palo Alto’s central station in just a few minutes. Besides that, it offers excellent value for money. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a microwave, mini-fridge, air conditioning, balcony, a huge TV, and a large, cozy bed. The bathroom is also great. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. From the moment I arrived, they offered me complimentary bottled water, utensils, plates, and cups. T

I get rooms without carpet so that it has a cleaner feel but even with laminate flooring it still felt unclean to walk on. The whole hotel felt filthy. Remote for tv was filled with slime and guck. I just did want to touch anything and felt hair was found under sheets. It was the cheapest hotel in the area. I guess you get what you pay for. Low price, very low grade room. Will never stay there again.

Whatever you do dont pay in cash its not a smart idea it only benefits the hotel but if you do pay in cash write down everything as proof for your own records. After staying here for a while I was told over the phone that I owed 1 month and a half. I was given two different story from the owner and his assistant. I asked for a record of my stay severl time and to this day nothing. Even worse none of them spoke to me in person about the situation and now wont even knowledge my presence. Not profesional at all cant even get there stories straight

This place is great. The price to value ratio is unbeatable. The room is clean and very spacious. Its like a small apartment. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Its significantly better than a Motel 6, but with a Motel 6 price. I would give 6 stars if that was an option. They even had parking for my large work truck. Super happy.
