Georgia Gameday Center

A friend and I booked a week stay at the Gameday Center via AirBNB as it worked out more reasonable than a hotel stay. The location is excellent, right in downtown Athens, a three minute walk will get you to either the 40 Watt or Georgia Theater for a show. The apartments are comfortable, well appointed with everything you could need for a few days away. Reception staff were helpful with any questions asked and provided some good recommendations on places to eat. |Will definitely book again next time I'm in Athens.

Stayed at the game day, June 11 through the 14th. We had two bathrooms the first bathroom if you went in it it had water damage. You could see where near the molding and the ceiling water had come down and then in my bathroom, the shower curtain at the end was filthy so I imagine it was filthy all over the toilet seat a move from the left to the right it was loose then behind the bathroom door at the bottom on the floor. There were two holes and it looked like it was beginning to mildew at the end of our state we had to hunt for a cart to transport our luggage and things back down to our car. I did not stay with them last year, but I stayed within the year before when there was a dead mouse in my parking lot space and I advised them of it and they never removed it. Location is great and the rooms are big. Pretty clean but could be better. Weird decor if I'm being honest, but absolutely great location.

Excellent - loved our stay there— even added on one extra night - highly recommend to everyone coming to Dawg Country! You won’t be disappointed ! And did I mention free parking and walking distance to UGA campus and stadium and restaurants !
