Garner Hotel Missoula Southwest by IHG

I just got home from your hotel after a 5 hour stay in room 115, a single queen room. I paid for a king suite, but thats really not my main issue. At 11:15 pm March 1st I went to use the microwave and noticed ashes and Marijuana on, and next to the microwave. I started to clean up the mess but my girlfriend refused to stay in a room that was not cleaned properly. So I packed up and gave the key card to the front desk clerk at 11:25 pm after a 5 hour stay at your property, after explaining my experience to the the front desk, the clerk agreed with my decision to vacate the room. I intended to stay at your hotel every Sunday for the next 4 months. I would like a refund, or a free stay in a clean king suite like I paid for. Thank you for your time and consideration. I stayed 3 days and no day there was breakfast the young man saw us sitting in the dining room and he did grab cereal with milk but it was not to put more food

I stayed here last night and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. The property looks like it recently went through a major renovation and it turned out amazing. Everything feels fresh, modern, and very well maintained. The front desk clerk, Shayzad, was incredibly helpful and made the whole stay even better with great service and a welcoming attitude. The amenities were great as well. The breakfast was warm and filling with plenty of options to start the morning. They also had a game room and a very large meeting room which would be perfect for events, groups, or business meetings. One thing I really appreciated was the little details like the fresh warm cookies and flavored water available in the lobby. It was a really nice touch and made the stay feel

Outstanding customer service, hotel cleanliness, and conveniently located in the heart of Missoula. It's all newly renovated and everything is fresh. We felt safe and both slept very well while traveling! Highly recommend!
