Garden Inn & Suites

I booked a room here on October the 28th, 2025 I got to the hotel and was told there are no rooms available. I have called every day since I booked this room with OYO and I keep getting told I was a no show. Complete bullshit, the man at the hotel tells us they had a death in the family and all the rooms was full with there family. OYO will not refund my money, so I am not going to talk with a lawyer Monday morning about this. $62 dollars might not be much to some, but for me it's a lot and this company doesn't just get to steal people's money and act like we are trying to get over on them. So feel free to make this right OYO or Garden inn and suites because court isn't going to be a joke about stealing our money.

I was already checked in and I went to pay for another day and they made me pay in early check in fee even though I was already checked in. They got nice rooms but the management needs to learn how to treat their customers

We made a reservation for a small dog to stay with us there. Well after 2 hours of driving with our dog in the heat. We got run off because they wouldn't give us our room because we had our dog with us that we was told to bring and it was ok. I'm looking for a lawyer to take this case . Who's instituted. The stay was good but you have visitors through the day and they try and harass you about it you stay quiet and they say customers complain there is no breakfast there all in your business definitely if you can avoid here I most recommend it will not stay here again in the future definitely want to speak to higher management

If I could give a 0 star, I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! The people are so racist as hell. Rooms are very nasty, roaches, and stains on the sheets. Very expensive for a dump motel. They're so rude. Watch every move you make, and I had my 8 year child with me, and they wanted to charge me extra. They told me not to park in the front. I don't even know how this place has any business, they're so so rude. Keep your money, and I suggest you to stay @ Kings Inn. Rooms are so clean, good price, good channels, so sweet, they're the best. STAY AWAY FROM GARDEN INN. I WOULD RATHER STAY UNDER A BRIDGE. BAD BUSINESS GARDEN INN IS. THE WORST PLACE EVER, STAY AWAY!!!!
