Friendship Oceanfront Suites

We recently stayed at the Friendship Ocean Front Suites and had a wonderful time. The two rooms worked out very nicely for my friend and I and the fridge, microwave and Keurig machine were very handy to enjoy a morning coffee on the beach and snacks and a glass of wine on the water later in the evening. We were each able to have our privacy in our own rooms which was very nice. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. A great find in the southern Maine area. Very close to Portland, Kennebunkport, Ogonquit, and York for some nice day trips.

We enjoy staying at the Friendship with our family. The kids love the warm pool. The staff is extremely accommodating. The owner were super helpful when our daughter's car didn't start. He went out of his way so we could jump the car. Thank you! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room has been updated. We have been coming here year after year. i am hoping we will be able to come next year.

Friendship oceanfront suites in old Orchard Beach Maine proved that it would be disappointing. The bed was very comfortable and large. There were two rooms, the second having a loveseat, stove, refrigerator, and kitchen table. It was very clean. The carpets were all stained. The bathroom had been renovated Apparently recently, but the modular tub unit had red and black mold between all the joints. The walls were so thin we could hear the next rooms television playing all night, on the other side we could hear the girl coughing and sneezing and upstairs. It sounded like someone was tap, dancing back and forth to the bathroom around three in the morning. It was on the small side. I feel the price was high for what you got. My room at the front of the motel said ocean view, that only occurred

Positive: Excellent location with a beautiful beach. The beach is spectacular, but the hotel is quite old and worn. Negative: Very old but clean. Smallest shower I’ve ever seen and who builds a bathroom without a sink in it? If it was gutted and remodeled, it would be a five star hotel, but probably wouldn’t be able to be afforded by its clientele

Friendship Oceanfront Suites is a great oceanfront option for a stay at OOB. We stayed in the room on the ground floor, closest to the beach. The room itself was underwhelming and missing many of the little necessities you come to expect in a room - especially one with a kitchenette. The king bedroom stays nice and cool, but the fold out couch/living room area doesn't have AC access unless you keep the door open. The view, however, was great! Very short walk to the beach, which you can see out the window of the room or while sitting outside the door. The big grassy area with the enclosed heated pool is perfect for kids. The ice cream truck seems to stop by every day. Kids loved that. The shower outside of the pool is convenient. There is complimentary laundry, though I never used it. You d
