Francis Scott Key Family Resort

The room was updated and renovated. The desk personnel were helpful and friendly. There were nice amenities and the bus that takes you into Ocean City made it easy to get there easily and enjoy the beach boardwalk. The only downfall is that it isn't walking distance to the beach. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool. There's also miniature golf, and a theater that showed 2 movies at 2 different times. So, there's things that are at the resort to make it relaxing.

We went on the off-season. But everything went really well. The room was well cleaned. Location was amazing. You're not in Ocean City but you're right next to it. They also have shuttles that take you to the beach and back so you don't have to pay for parking. So that is a major plus. Also two pools one that's inside where you could take your kids if it's raining outside. I would definitely recommend this for a family.

Room was super cute, beachy decor, two beds and a refrigerator. Perfect size. Comfortable. About a mile from Oceans Calling event. We took the shuttle, drivers were great and walked back across the bridge at night with the crowd. Super fun.

Location was perfect for getting to the beach, whether you took the shuttle or walked the short distance. The room was good for the cost, rarely heard anyone around us, the cleaning staff were extremely helpful. Loved the vibe. Felt like traveling in the 80s, like a National Lampoons Ocean City Vacation.

My father-in-law came here when he was a kid, and now my wife and I are bringing our own kids!! it really is the perfect family place. The Francis Scott Key is super conveniently located near everything you’d want, even EV fast chargers which was a big plus for us. When it rained, they had a cozy movie night with free popcorn, and the little pond was a nice touch for downtime. The outdoor pool bar was a favorite — the bartender was so friendly and made the best drinks! 🍹 Only small suggestion for ownership: maybe add a fryer at the indoor pool bar. The chicken fingers looked more like breaded cauliflower than the real deal. Not a complaint, just a thought to make it even better. And for anyone that complains about food prices — remember, you’re at a resort, in a tourist destination. Exp
