Four Points by Sheraton Juneau

12/30/2025 - What a wonderful hotel and front desk staff. I travel for business a lot and my recent day visit to Juneau turned into an overnighter due to super snow and canceled flight. I called Four Points to see if they had anything available and they did! I arrived, was greeted by two front desk agents. They where compassionate to my situation. They had some toiletries there that they gave me to accommodate my unexpected stay in the city. The room was nice and cozy with a wonderful view of the mountains. It was a great experience.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Many shops and restaurants nearby, Staff was efficient and helpful.

If you like hotels with nice staff this is the place! The best part of the stay was the service provided by Nikki and Cristi. They had such a nice personality and were very helpful, friendly and professional. I really appreciate their assistance with solving the issues I had during my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The gentleman that was at the desk in the evening was also very helpful, friendly and kind :) Thank you to all the staff!!! The hotel was also well located near several interest points in midtown, was clean and had good heating for the cold weather. The only 'in-room' issue I encountered was with the TV--not functioning. The hotel itself is nice, but what truly made the stay feel welcoming were two exceptional employees: Angie at the front desk (possibly a manager) and Henry, the security guard. Both are genuinely warm, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I’m from South Carolina, where “Southern hospitality” is often talked about, but I’ve never experienced it as authentically as I did here. Angie and Henry exemplify what hospitality should be - attentive without being intrusive, kind without being performative, and sincerely invested in the comfort of guests. No TV for days! Staff said it was due to weather. Funny there tv in lobby was working just Fine. Night workers play on their phone and don't great you nor look at you. Breakfast is supposed to be at 6:30 and is not. We have places to be! Elevator is down most of the time. Tub is clogged and never fixed. Not hot coffee in early hours, staff just sits there. Room is 100 degrees and no way to cool.. open window and still 80 degrees. (Winter time) They need new management. Would never stay agin! Marriott is losing my business!
