After doing extensive research on lodging options in Juneau, I truly believe Aspen Suites Hotel stands out as the best choice in the area. The location is incredibly convenient—just minutes from the Juneau International Airport and with easy access to all the main roads. Whether you’re coming in for sightseeing, business, or outdoor activities, this hotel serves as a perfect hub. We drove by the Super 8 and the Wyndham Travel Lodge and each looked sketchy. Juneau doesn’t have a wide selection of hotels, and Aspen Suites clearly sets itself apart. It was, by far, the cleanest and friendliest property we encountered. Excellent comfortable kitchen suite with a full size fridge with freezer. If you are here to fish this is your hotel. Conveniently located near the airport. Longest drive to a fishing location is 45 minutes to cowee creek.

The booking process was very stressful. I was trying to book directly through the hotel and I kept getting directed to a third party. I’ve had bad experiences with ******* and prefer to book directly with the hotels. The hotels were showing full for July 2nd, apparently due to the holiday. I found the Aspen Suites and booked it for $258. I felt that it was extremely expensive for what seems like a budget hotel. I understand the supply and demand concept but I felt that I was being gouged. When we arrived at the airport I tried calling the hotel to see if they had a shuttle and I couldn’t get through. Loved it! I stayed a week for work and I cannot say enough about how comfortable the room was and having the amenities of a fridge , microwave and stove made my week an enjoyable one. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This is the best place to stay for staying in Juneau to work or vacation. Cannot beat the location and the price is worth it!

The Room very clean, and the Bed was comfortable. I was Able to regulate room temp as I pleased. The Front desk staff were polite and friendly. There was a nice assortment of teas and coffee by front desk.
