Formosa Inn

The rooms are very spacious and we really liked the gardens surrounding the rooms. Breakfast was great too. The young gentleman at the front desk was really kind and helped me get some medicine for my headache. I didn't get his name.

Rooms are in good condition. Convenient location next to Under ground garden. Foods are in walkin distance. Continental breakfast was so delicious with Sausage, eggs and Waffle.

Best part is the rooms are spacious. Very old and seriously need renovating. The Wi-Fi was so bad. I literally could never connect which made my stay useless. The gentleman working the desk at the adjacent hotel was unfriendly and more preoccupied with his personal phone calls in the other room

What in the world? Do people just not have standards any? Wow. I don't know where to start. Well let's start with the toilet bowl of Fresno. Is there any decent hotels in this entire grotesque town? I show up and the gates are closed and locked. I had to call to ask how to get in. I was told to park next door at the Garden Inn. Thankfully there was one spot left. So I walk over to the Formosa Inn and there is no lobby or check in. I walked back to the Garden Inn and ask where to check in. Nowhere does it say to check in at the Garden Inn for the Formosa. The guy didn't even tell me that when I called. Really dude? I check in and go to my room. The room smells of smoke! I return to the lobby and let him know I'd like a nonsmoking room. He claims they are all nonsmoking. We'll, that may b

Gave me a smoking room even though I specifically booked a non-smoking room. They then kept me incidental deposit with no explanation
