Finnon Lake Campground

Always enjoy camping here. Lakefront spots with ok places to set up. Spot come with a table, firepit, and a grill(The usual). Make sure to get a spot on the water, some of them are up by the bathroom and suck. Lake is very warm and is good to swim in. Make sure to bring water shoes sense it's very slimey. Bathrooms are actually toilets which is great. There is a 27 hole disc golf course but it's kinda over grown. Make sure to check out the dinner and get some yummy fries 🍟🍟.(Only open Friday and the weekend). Will go back!

All the camp spots are decent size and surrounded by the lake. Usually when you camp near water the bugs can be terrible but this camp ground was surprisingly low on pests. Since it rained, we were able to have a camp fire which made the trip even better. There’s a breakfast diner super close by that was delicious food but only open on the weekends.

Great quick walk around the lake. Bathrooms available. Disc Golf. We saw kayakers and fishers. Decent smaller campground. Really awesome restaurant with great service and good food!

We stayed in site 13. The whole site is on a slope (as are most of the sites on the water side), so it was a bit uncomfortable. The disc golf course is totally overgrown; my honey lost 7 discs this weekend, and he knows the course very well! But we had a great time anyway.

If you want to enjoy silence and nature, than this is really a great place. Especially the travel and driving on ups and downs of hills with scenic beauty. Enjoy wildlife, deers grazing and running water streams at various locations.
