Family Garden Inn & Suites

I stayed in room 182, and this is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Honestly, I really like it. I always choose Building 2 because it’s closer to the parking lot, which I find very convenient. I’ve previously stayed in rooms 183 and 181, and this time I stayed in 182. It was pretty much the same as the others. The only issue was that the bed felt worn out you could feel the springs, and it seemed a bit sunken, like it might need to be replaced soon. Other than that, everything was excellent. The only thing that could be improved and it’s honestly something very minor is the internet. I enjoyed my stay staff was really friendly especially Ms. Letty and Ms. Beda they assisted us with information of places we could go as a family not to mention their customer service is awesome both explained to us the hotel and the services we were able to use at the hotel during our stay as a family. At the front desk management was up and going attending us with great attitude super friendly Ms. Cindy was to us. She made us feel at home with her personality. I would most definitely be staying at this hotel again due to this two staff members we felt right at home and safe too. The room was super clean my family enjoyed buying snacks. Wonderful place! Check out is at 1pm! They have 2 free beers and nachos and popcorn at 6-8pm. They came to pick me up when I called them (15-20 minute ride). Very kind and helpful employees. Lovely large quiet area, room is very snug and dark enough at night. Large spacious area. It’s a bit far away from stuff is only downside but a good experience.

Our main purpose for visiting Laredo, was attending the WBCA (George Washington parade).The staff was amazing and we received a free room upgrade since our single bed room would not be ready for another hour and a half. The room we were assigned to was a double queen bed. The room was very spacious, clean and tranquil. My husband and I enjoyed the free happy hour with a small popcorn and a nice view of the property. Even though we were right next to interstate 35, it felt as though we were miles away from the highway.

We really enjoyed our stay. Although our room needs a little upgrade the bed was super comfortable. I slept like a baby. 🤗 The front desk clerk Eliza was so courteous and extremely helpful. She made our stay comfortable. Thank you Family Garden. We'll be back soon.
