We arrived at the hotel exhausted and looking forward to showering and resting. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable.||When we entered the shower, it was immediately clear that it had not been cleaned. There was visible hair on the body wash dispenser, which was also empty. While disappointing, we initially considered overlooking this due to how tired we were. However, the issues continued when we attempted to close the blinds and found that the blackout shade would not go down.||I went to the front desk to report these concerns, and the response I received was equally disappointing. Positive: The cleanliness Negative: Yes, our room had a constant noise similar to a loud coffee maker that made it difficult for us to sleep and have a good night?s rest.

The hotel is great, the breakfast is great! Parking is good. The only weird thing I the rooms don't have any type of drawers or storage place and you can hear every movement upstairs.

I had an overall good stay. At breakfast, there was no waffle batter in the container, and also there was not any scrambled eggs (which is okay if this is not something offered; it just seems like most other hotels do). So the only other options was toast and juice. And in my room, there was not any shampoo. The bottle was completely empty. :(

Good experience, relatively clean, nice breakfasts, but I'd like to see microwave in the rooms. Also since there are no carpets the neighbors can be noisy 🙄
