Extended Stay America Select Suites- Laredo

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly have nothing but positive things to say. The management and staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything needed, which made the experience even better. The rooms were super clean, fresh, and well maintained. The housekeeping team does an amazing job and clearly pays attention to every detail. This hotel is also very kid-friendly, which is a huge plus for families. Safety is clearly a top priority, with cameras throughout the property that made me feel secure and protected during my entire stay. Positive: Nothing! Negative: Room was dirtyBeds had hair towel smells like mold humid. The front door person took 46 minutes to get to the lobby. It was an emergency and we had to stay there other way we wouldn't.

worst hotel by far that I have ever stayed at. No daily housekeeping… You have to pay to exchange your towels… Kitchen is not fully equipped at all. The only thing I had in there was the stove and it says it's a fully equipped kitchen, which is a lie because there wasn't one accessory at all.. Beds are not comfortable, and the AC isn't cold at all. Woke up Sweating two different times each night. Overall horrible experience and I definitely do not recommend anybody staying there

Ive been staying at the hotel for the past 6 months and have always maintained my room. Room service comes every week and are always on top of any situation. Vanesa is always willing to help and assist with any of my complain and concerns and gets any situation fixed ASAP really recommend her.

Bad customer service, no one at the front desk to check in I had to call and wait for almost half an hour. No one to Check out or to ask anything. Level one stinks like mold and urine. Level two like trash and Indian food level 3 and 4 not so bad. Dirty elevator floor and walls. Room had many little and medium sized roaches 🪳. The floors were dirty, the mattress cover was stained. The walls were also stained. All the furniture seemed old. I only stayed because I was so tired of driving I couldn’t drive anymore and I had made my reservation already 🤦🏽‍♂️
