From the moment I arrived at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Laredo Airport, I knew I had chosen the right place. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and exceptionally well-maintained — but what truly makes this property stand out is the extraordinary level of service. Two staff members in particular transformed my stay into something unforgettable: Lety the receptionist and Rachel the driver. Lety greeted me with genuine warmth and a professionalism that immediately set the tone. She made check-in effortless and went above and beyond to ensure everything I needed was taken care of. Positive: I liked the location; it makes you feel safe. Negative: I didn't like that room was not decorated to the best. It made me feel like I was in prison. You could also listen through the walls the noises of other people.

Property looks like it's doing little updates here and there, which is nice, but it stills is teetering on feeling dated in the rooms. The lobby is great, as is the dining area. The exterior is pleasant. The parking is touchy out front since it shares with a restaurant (which is good, btw); twice I was almost hit by people driving too fast to find a spot at the restaurant. Maybe add a speed bump?

Very clean room. Comfy beds. Great amenities. Nice iron and ironing board. Breakfast was really good and the food stations were kept very clean. The staff was very helpful as well. Overall for me was a perfect stay. If you need a hotel close to the airport, this is the best option. Especially for the price.

Great place. Clean, relatively quite, good location. Great staff. You got to love a hotel with Texas Waffles.
