Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Tampa Wesley Chapel

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a long travel day. I especially want to give a shout-out to Sofia, who went above and beyond with her kindness and professionalism. She made sure everything was taken care of and truly made the experience better. Customer service like that makes a difference. Thank you, Sofia!

Exceeded expectations - clean, modern, great staff. The only thing that can go wrong is the other clientele. There was pot smoke on our floor one evening. Good luck getting that aired out with no operable windows. Keeping a hotel clean - especially the rooms - is really hard and takes conscientious effort. So far, the dark carpet colors are helping with the floors, but the overall impression is good. Everything appears to be clean and well kept. The bathrooms could use a 2nd towel bar. One towel bar isn't realistic even for just one guest. There are some minor maintenance opportunities, but it was obvious that the maintenance is under constant attention, so not for lack of effort. Very happy with our stay, and for the time being highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, clean and kind staff at the front desk! One thing we noticed is the gap from the carpet to the door, just a safety thing but fixed with a towel laid across. Suggestion maybe (obviously known) there is a sports tournament nearby where most of the hotel is booked with players and families, breakfast could be ready to go so players can eat before they have to leave and staff be understanding why hungry young athletes are waiting around patiently.

Natalia Johnson manager and Sofia Santos are rude. They treat customers rudely. Lie to customers and discriminate against customers. The cleaning staff hang in hallways and chat on their phones and with each other endlessly. Which leads to no rooms ready by 3pm which is check in time for reservations. They left half of us stranded for hours after 3 because they refused to have our rooms for our reservations ready. Failure by Natalia Johnson. These people have been mistreating everyone since arrival. Natalia must be so proud to mistreat a Marriot bonvoy member! Don't stay here until Marriot actually gets better behaved and more respectful staff. Horrible weekend experience.

This is a very nice hotel!! I stayed in a king executive room . The room was spotless and spacious. The front desk staff were very gracious and kind. I would 100% recommend this hotel and I’d definitely stay here again. It’s right next to wire grass mall shops and only three miles from I 75.
