Econo Lodge Wesley Chapel I-75

Not good. We were received by a guy sitting on the floor at the end of the hall, smoking, right in the hall of the 4th floor which is filled with smoke. That's the smoking floor by the way, but if you're lucky enough to get a non smoking room in the smoking floor, you get the benefit of clorox stench and soaked bedding to mask the weed and 305s aromas. Dirty room, run down furniture. Breakfast? Nope.

Econo Lodge was a terrible experience — I would not recommend staying here. The room smelled strong and unpleasant the moment I entered, and it clearly wasn't cleaned properly. The floors and surfaces appeared dirty, and the overall condition of the room seemed neglected and poorly maintained. For the price, I expected at least a clean and comfortable place to rest, but this was far from it. The lack of cleanliness made it hard to relax or enjoy my stay. I strongly recommend looking for other accommodations in the area this Econo Lodge needs serious improvements in cleanliness and upkeep before it’s worth considering again.

I would NEVER stay here again. Worst night at a hotel. Adults and kids running around at all hours. People carrying/walking people out the door because they can't do it themselves. Under the influence of SOMEthing!! I swear she was puking outside my window. That's not the worst of it. The smell was unbearable! I feel nauseated, physically sick to my stomach. Urine, chemical, coppery smelling. I could NOT sleep. It was just awful. People were nice enough, but not nice enough to get me to stay again.

First of all when we entered the room it was dark and smelled of urine. Later when I went to get a shower, the shower head came off the hook and hit me on the head. Was difficult to get the right temperature of water. It was either too hot or too cold.|The bathroom door did not lock. No toilet seat. Room was missing a side lamp. The floor in the bathroom is filthy. At night we couldnt sleep with all the noise next door. TV too loud kids crying and people talking loud at 1 oclock in the morning. Will not stay there again. By the way this was room 203.

This EconoLodge/Choice hotel is very conveniently located and I was pleased to know they accepted my kitten. This was the first time I traveled with a cat and I was very surprised to learn that some 'pet friendly' hotels do not accept cats, only dogs. My room was very clean and beautiful. The ladies at the reception were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you very much for a nice and pleasant stay!
