Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Madison East

Only disappointment was when we returned to the Hotel after the M.O.D. show, the bartender said you have 20 minutes then we're closing. It was only 10pm on a Saturday night. The bar manager was doing inventory and blocked the bartender from returning to our side of the bar for most of that 20 minutes. The next morning the dirty glasses were still on the bar from when we left( just before 11 am) Bartenders attitude towards all of the customers was unfriendly. Otherwise the stay was awesome! Rest of the staff were amazing. Especially the shuttle driver!!!

We love staying in Marriott hotels and this was not the exception. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and very quiet. The gal in the breakfast area was nice, friendly and helpful. The gal that checked us in was not as friendly, but was helpful.||The only negative was the towels were worn out and no longer white. Time to replace them!

Positive: Desk staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel was clean. Price was on par. Beds were comfortable. Everything you could expect for the cost except one. Negative: There was no hot breakfast AS ADVERTISED! Nothing at 7. Nothing again at 8, The person responsible didn't show up for work. Hot breakfast was the reason I chose Fairfield over the several others I could have stayed at. VERY disappointed!!

Water Whirlpool was nasty. FD said it was shot down, but no signs. Pool water dirty and smurky, couldn't use it . Breakfast was good,more options than other hotels I had stay.

We had a room block for our wedding January 3,2026. We had numerous people staying under the block and not however from an email I screenshot as proof, we were told no matter what people in our block or not could ride the shuttle. However day of a 14 passenger van showed up, and when we called saying that there was not enough room for everyone and that people needed to uber they told us to “check the contract”. After reaching back out over email with the evidence that showed they said room block people or not could ride on the shuttle it was crickets and I have heard nothing. So after 100s of dollars on spending on Ubers to get our guests home safety after a wedding I would NEVER tell someone to stay here, let alone use your “curtesy shuttle”.
