Clean and very spacious room and bathroom. I did not feel cramped. Separate space for queen beds and separate space for pull out sofa and desk. Well lit room. Fitness room organized and clean. Free bottled water offered at front desk. Airport shuttle. Free morning breakfast.

I’d like to bring attention to an issue I experienced during my recent stay regarding late checkout benefits. As a Gold member for over two years, I requested a late checkout as part of the status benefits. My request was denied not due to availability, but because of the rate type on my reservation. This was surprising, as the late checkout benefit is typically based on availability rather than rate type, and I have never previously been told that a particular rate would disqualify me from this benefit. As someone who travels frequently for work and often has afternoon flights, I specifically chose this airport location for its convenience and expected that my loyalty benefits would be honored when possible. The rooms and staff were average. The pool area is sketchy and needs some major attention. It is dark and dingy with visible staining and rust. Might be a borderline safety issue. Luckily, this was a quick stop on our way through town. I would definitely not recommend for families who want to enjoy a good pool during their stay.

Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. Overall the facility was clean. Breakfast was standard fare for hotel. Close to airport but wasn’t noisy. Good value for the money.
