Clean hotel, friendly staff, Josh, Tracy and Ceairra helped me with tips to good restaurants, printed out some papers for me for work. when we come back to jacksonville my wife and I will stay here. great location and even better people. workout room had free weights and new treadmills, that was nice for a little exercise.

Positive: The hotel was in a decent area, about 1 block from the ocean. Negative: The hotel appears decent at first glance, but upon further exposure, it’s definitely very old. The bathtub was peeling, the carpets in the hallway smelled gross, And the unexpected $12 for parking was absurd.

My rating is because we called to see if the room had a jacuzzi tub in our suite and were told yes. We got there and no jacuzzi tub. Rep explained the place had a recent renovation and tubs were removed. That should have been explained BEFORE we booked. It was my birthday weekend and that was the only thing I asked for from my husband. I needed to relax privately and didn't want to use the public hot tub in the pool area. The rep said he would report it but nothing else was done. I was very disappointed.

Evacuated from Daytona area to escape Hurricane Milton. Very appreciative Jessica at front desk answered the phone and assisted with securing 3 nights starting that same night. The room is spacious and pillows are plentiful! Beds comfortable. 24-hr coffee and breakfast good; a cut above this level with the delicious ham/ cheese/egg croissant! When our ac unit went out at 8pm night of Hurricane’s arrival, Sidney responded right away and swapped the unit from on-hand inventory. Very impressive! Even with the entire 3rd floor under construction, workers maintained reasonable work hours and courteous whenever encountered them. Entire staff has been friendly. A real pleasure to stay here. Thank you!

This review is in regard to room 304. There was excessive dampness in the room, to the extent the carpet was wet and the picture frames were swelling. The staff did provide a dehumidifier for us, which we ran and emptied about 3 times/day. After 2 days, the door to the room would close by itself without having to force it. The bathroim vanity light kept going out. Sometimes after 10 minutes. Sometimes after 2 minutes. Craziest thing. The toilet paper holder is evidently too close to the toilet as it had been pulled loose from the wall. The light switches made no sense with the lights they operated. Our maid was wonderful and the breakfast attendant was spot on. The guest laundry takes cards, not quarters, and is $3.00 for each the washer and the dryer. Bring your own detergent
