I accidentally reserved the room for March 2nd instead of March 3rd and contacted both the hotel and Booking.com immediately after realizing the mistake to request either a date change or a cancellation. The hotel employee told me they would be willing to cancel the booking free of charge, but that it depended on Booking.com. However, Booking.com confirmed to me in writing that they were also willing to process a free cancellation, but that it required the hotel’s approval. I was simply sent back and forth between both parties. The next day at 10 a.m., I called the hotel again to clarify the situation. I was told that nothing had been documented and that they were unaware of any prior communication. Additionally, I was informed that the hotel had been fully booked on March 2nd and theref

From the moment I arrived it seemed like a breath of fresh air. I was greeted by an outstanding gentleman by the name of Christian (valet), who was quite sharp in his professionalism and knowledge of not only the amenities of the hotel, but also the surrounding areas of the beach. The front desk were awesome as well I forgot the young ladies name but she was warming and inviting during my arrival experience. I also want to commend John (Restaurant) as the staff displayed exceptional customer service, and the food was delicious! I will definitely return and suggest this hotel to my colleagues.

I recently attended a meeting in their newly renovated meeting space, and it was a great experience. There were roughly 40 of us in attendance, and the room felt comfortable and well-designed — not overcrowded at all. The space was set up beautifully, with real linens on the tables and beach-inspired centerpieces that immediately reminded you you’re at the beach. The room includes a mini fridge for cold drinks, and snacks were provided as well. Right outside the meeting space are easily accessible restrooms, which was very convenient. What really stood out was how quiet the meeting room was. Even with activity in the dining area, pool, and lobby, none of that noise carried into the space. Had a great visit during a work trip in December. Rooms were updated and clean, service was daily and they did a great job keeping up on the room amenities. Hotel staff were very friendly, met with a smile everyday. Breakfast was very good and other amenities on site were above average as well. Parked off-site in the winter so not sure how parking looks during the summer months but in December it is plentiful at no additional cost across the street. Highly recommend for anyone enjoying the coast or just in for a a couple workdays. Will visit again if possible. Separate review for Sandbar restaurant on 2nd floor equally great.

We had very good service from Jay at the front desk. He checked us in and gave us restaurant and parking recommendations. We were lucky in that the seasonal charges for lot parking were not in effect yet. We parked in a public lot across the street for free. Breakfast was included. They even had sausage and eggs and egg sandwiches. Our room had oceanfront views of the beach and fishing pier. Too bad it was so foggy. The room was large and clean. It looked like it had been recently updated.
