Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront

Renovations are completed! The hotel looks great and the beach access is awesome! Pool is open, staff is friendly, my only tiny complaint is that there does not seem to be enough parking (had to park across the street two nights in a row). Highly recommend this if you're in Jax Beach and looking for a reasonably priced hotel with good amenities.

Subject: Concern Regarding Bottled Water ChargesDear Team,As a frequent business traveler, I have stayed at many hotels over the past three years. However, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel that charges for the two bottled waters provided in the room. I was surprised to see a charge of USD 6 per bottle (excluding tax), which I find difficult to understand.While the bottles did have labels, I would not have consumed them had I known they were priced this high. I believe such practices are out of step with the current trend in hotel services, where complimentary water is typically provided to guests.Small issues like this can unfortunately damage the overall image of the hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple times during the renovation and it’s been amazing. You are lucky to have a manager like Christa. She’s so accommodating and I see her interacting with all the guest and genuinely takes great care of all of the guests. Looking forward to my next visit

Positive: Having a pool and beach! Loved the balcony ocean view! Negative: Love staying at hotels with breakfast included but if it?s not it would be better for it to be more affordable.

Currently under renovation but I’ve stayed here multiple times. My most recent visit I got to stay in one of the renovated rooms and the upgrades are very nice. For some reason the hotel staff here compared to others in the same chain, is top notch. Hiring the right people in the hospitality industry makes a huge difference in experiences!
