Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville Beach by IHG

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last few months and I really have enjoyed my stays every time. The proximity to Mayo Clinic is great and there is never traffic during that commute. The hotel staff are very kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I’ve never noticed any street noise during my stays. The breakfast food options are pretty good. I will continue to stay here every 3 months when I come down for my appointments at Mayo. Special shoutout to Noah, who I’ve only interacted with during evening check ins. Noah is very kind and helpful. Talking with him and the ease of check in was a great end to a very long travel day.

This was a meet up with my cousin, and when she arrived a little bit later than we did, Noah provided her with a key and fun greeting, which was the same he had done for us. Everything about the hotel was spot on. Loved the room the bathroom there was adequate parking. The Wi-Fi was strong. The noises were fairly minimized, even though we were in a room near the elevator. Breakfast with their cinnamon rolls was a high point for all three of us. The breakfast room was kept clean and will stocked. The coffee was wonderful. It’s a Costa brand I think. You can’t go wrong with this Hotel.

Nice area clean rooms and no problems that had really have to offer. Location wise this is a good place and Jax beach is top tier when it comes to crime. New people to Jax I recommend you walking distance from beach and don't have too much to worry about. Just don't speed nowhere near this area if you don't want any speeding tickets lol

This is by far the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. We live ihg properties, but they could learn a thing or two about housekeeping.|The room 130 was sparkling, bed comfortable and with all the basics covered. |A warm reception, delightful breakfast and best of all, fresh brewed coffee to order that was delicious.|While not on the beach, it's a short walk or if you get there early enough you'll find plenty of parking. |5 stars for you Holiday Inn Express!

Positive: The hotel was in a nice area within walking distance from shops, bars, food, and the beach.The hotel breakfast was top notch and could tell the workers but there all into it. The hotel bathrooms were very nice with a stand up glass shower and a bathtub. Negative: No.
