Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Fort Myers Cape Coral

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very accommodating and able to get us checked in early, which we truly appreciated after traveling. Every staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the pool area was also well maintained and clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, a great experience — we would definitely stay here again!

Positive: "" Negative: Sink top too small to place my toiletries. Prefer bigger sink top, otherwise fine. The shower caddy had conditioner, body wash but no shampoo. Had to use body wash. I did report that to the check-out person at the front desk.

This hotel had a small entrance with the outer door that was not working when we arrived. Small area for check in. Room was musty smelling when we arrived, and rather small. Breakfast was adequate, with hot and cold option but if you have food allergies, not many choices. Shower head and water pressure was good. Bed was ok. Bring a power cord with you if you come with medical equipment. Not many outlets next to both sides of the bed. This was a pain point for us. Friendly staff.

The 2 desk clerks- Gabby and DeVaughn were friendly, helpful and professional. |The hotel was lovely, clean and inviting, but unfortunately, our room experience there was an ordeal.| At check in, Gabby kindly offered us an upgraded room, for which we were very grateful. After getting all settled at 4:00, we realized the TV did not work! My husband tried for 15 minutes to fix the issue. We were told that the maintenance person had left for the day. Gabby sent up a housekeeping person. She also could not get the channels to change. So another room was offered to us. We packed everything up: removed food from the refrig, clothes from the draws and closets, several suitcases,and moved to another room. | My husband had suffered a stroke 6 months earlier, so this was an overwhelming move.

We stayed here on our way to Key West. First off the staff is EXCELLENT. I accidentally booked the wrong night and they were very accomodating. I was very impressed with the room. It was clean and spacious. Great location and easy to find. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
