Factory Shoals Campground Entrance

Entrance is easy to miss if you've never been here. The sign is small, and on the north side of the road. It is opposite from the Factory Shoals Recreation area entrance (the one with the pay booth) and a few hundred feet further west from the bridge. To get to the campground, follow signs down the dirt road approximately a quarter mile. This will bring you down the river valley so expect phone signal to be spotty. There are 8 or 9 campsites here, all first come first serve. No reservations. To claim the site be the occupant of the site when the ranger comes by (at 9pm-10pm). $20 for a site per night. I'd recommend to be there by 5 pm to get a nice site. The ranger is a chill guy, and you can contact call/text him via the number added to this location.
