Extended Stay Ormond Beach

My fiance and I have been here for a week today none of the housekeeping staff has even knocked on the door to see if we needed fresh towels fresh linen or just sweep and mop our floor or to clean our toilet I have such trash outside the door for them to take away it is not sat outside my hotel room door for 3 days I knew coming in this wasn't a top-notch hotel but I would expect more out of a hotel just in general. Just enough that I have worked in plenty of hotels myself as a housekeeper we still do stay over is no matter how long do people stay I am completely and utterly disgusted with this hotel they just need to go ahead and close the property both of them. It's an adorable hotel. The staff is amazing. Anything you need they take care of immediately. Nothing fancy but as far as affordable hotels never been to a better one. The other guests were very friendly. Felt safe there and it has a great pool.

Disgusting, I wore shoes inside the whole time. The first room I refused to stay in, there were forks on the ground (no spoons were seen, they prob used them, definitely has that junkie vibe here) and dirt and absolutely trashed room, smelled like straight MOLD, the second room was still super dirty and the neighbors were SUPER LOUD! This place shouldn't even be open or allowed to rent in the condition it's in. Now after reading all the reviews, this has been a SLUMP FOR YEARS! Ormond should be ashamed of itself allowing this 'business' to even stay open and rent rooms, in the condition it's in and the state they clearly keep it in. Roach infested in three rooms I stayed in and the first one the ceiling fell on me while taking a shower. The maintenance People don't have a clue and can never be found especially on the weekends, none work and the trash builds up even on the sidewalk.

James is talented, friendly guy who care about guest. Room are clean and staff is friendly, great stay.
