Extended Stay America Suites- Madison - Junction Court

had a great experience with the extended stay workers on Junction Ct. The staff was professional, respectful, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They keep the property clean and make sure guests feel comfortable and safe. You can tell they care about their work and the people staying there. I truly appreciate their hard work and positive attitude.

managers and employees allow smoking! currently a jerk is smoking pot in room 234 and has been for awhile but nothing is done about it... they don't care if it's ILLEGAL

Positive: The staff was friendly. The room was clean( I still wiped everything down though) Negative: The bed in the room was hard as rock. Woke up with a terrible crick in my neck. The water from the bathroom faucet took a while to get hot, the stovetop burners cooked very slow, and the free breakfast was just muffins and nutrigrain bars and coffee

This was a great place for my parents who are elderly while they waited for their apartment to get ready for 10 days. The rate was great considering getting a full kitchen with dish ware. Markeeta was GREAT! She really went above and beyond each day. Shawn and Robin were also exceptional. Thank you all for taking good care of my parents.

Upon arrival, our hotel room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and the smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling. Luckily the windows opened, because it didn’t seem like the front desk staff would’ve been that engaged in helping us move rooms. The whole vibe of the hotel seemed off, including the broken front door, the weed smell in the lobby, and the domestic disputes heard while in the hallway. The location worked very well for us and that’s the only thing the hotel had going for it.
