The location was great with great staff and and very clean rooms, one worker had helped us a lot and made us feel safe and welcomed Thank you Tina.!

Positive: Staff is exceptional and hotel is very clean Negative: As a commercial driver most hotels across the country will let you sleep in till 12:00 if requested and I only wish this one would as well

(Staff ) is nice and accommodating, very professional, and will help you with anything. That said, there’s nobody on site 24 hours. The rooms are extremely run down and dirty—dirt and dust under the beds, a bathroom that appears to be under constant maintenance, and a bathtub with black stains. The furniture is scratched, old, and peeling. The only areas that appear to have received any renovation money are the kitchen appliances: the refrigerator, microwaves, and stovetops all seem brand new. Everything else feels neglected. The beds are acceptable, though I did notice what appears to be an old blood stain on the box spring covering. Thankfully, I haven’t seen any bug issues in my room. The heating system works well. Hotel is great for weekly or even monthly stays! Love that it has a stove and a regular size fridge, it has more of an apartment vibe with the luxury of Hotel accommodations! Also the staff is very friendly and welcoming! I would definitely stay here again if I ever needed too and recommend this place to anyone!

So I was having an amazing stay at first until the hotel manager mentioned her shady business practices. So my wife (whose 7 and half months pregnant) and I had been staying there for the past 2 months and I just happened to have a payroll issue where they deducted 700 instead of 70. Long story short I was 5 days away from my next paycheck asked to be able to pay late fees and she said that she would not work with us and that the day of non payment she immediately files a theft of services charge and violating kentucky tenancy laws. Little does this person know ive got this conversation recorded so im sending this clip to her superiors as well as the better business bureau.
