Extended Stay America Suites- Louisville - Alliant Avenue

I had an excellent stay at Extended Stay America on 1650 Alliant Ave and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind—they really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for an extended stay. The kitchenette was a huge plus and made daily life so much easier. The property itself was quiet and felt safe, which I truly appreciated after long days. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—easy access to main roads, food, and shopping—yet still peaceful. I'm not sure how this hotel gets 3.5 stars. If you like the smell of marijuana in the halls everywhere you walk and want to stay in a dirty room (especially the shower, the bathroom floor and the furniture), then this is the hotel for you. The quality of the hotel shows when you have to request utensils to use in the kitchen from the front desk. Luckily we brought everything ourselves so didn't have to bother. They only clean the rooms once every 2 weeks. That explains why they are nasty. I am a frequent traveler and expect some rooms to be better than others, but I didn't want to touch anything at this hotel. The dust along with side of the walls was disgusting. Positive: The staff and their responsiveness to my needs. Negative: They have got to do better with their breakfast. Offer fruits and juices or something besides muffins. It's way below standard.

The staff are all so warm and kind, very helpful and say good morning or evening to you every time you walk down to the lobby. They are the highlight of this place and they are all absolutely wonderful humans who deserve amazing things. The room, I will just say, you do indeed get what you pay for. There are plenty of more expensive places that offer full breakfast, better showers, cleaner environment, but if you are displaced, exhausted, need a place to get away, you will be greeted with kindness here.

EXCELLENT customer service by all staff that I encountered! Specifically, I would like to thank Miss Loleta for her assistance & hospitality, she was amazing!! I highly recommend this location based on customer service and prime location to interstates, entertainment, food & restaurants.
