Extended Stay America Suites- Dayton - South

Positive: Nothing Negative: They took my money and ckecked me out. I paid for 3 nights. They checked me out after 1 night and gave someone else my room with my personal belongings still in it. I am still waiting for my reimbursement for the two nights they owe me for.

Ive stayed here quite a few times and always enjoyed it, until recently when issues became worse and worse. I was checked into a dirty room. I was asked to book thru the hotel instead of 3rd party cause guests like me caused the hotel to lose revenue. The bathtub looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. It was obvious that housekeeping didn't clean under or behind things. My last stay was literally my last stay.

The staff was amazing and the rooms are great for the price. It's very close to many things to do, clean rooms. For the price I was not expecting such a nice and quiet hotel.

Literally walking distance from everything in the area. Only down side with this location I have noticed is the Internet premium service is lacking. You're paying for high speed but it falls short of old LTE speed, with constant lag or buffering while streaming or worse the connection fails all together. Other than that everything is pretty standard. Small kitchen with decent room for cooking, bed and a shower. To me it's no different than a studio apartment without a lease.

The hotel was very comfortable. It has some issues in it that needs to be repaired. But other than that, the atmosphere was great. The people was lovely and I will go back there again. Especially with the full kitchen that you may have in your room. So you do not have to worry about keeping your food cold cooking yourself something to eat.
