Extended Stay America Suites

Doesn't matter if your there for a short stay or long stay I would recommend it for either. The staff is great, rooms are clean & kept up with. The rest of the facility & grounds was maintained very well. Even got to have my cat, very difficult to find a place that allows them. Overall a very good place to check in at

Do Not Be An Oscar||I have tried with multiple Extended Stays throughout the US, and it’s always problematic in one way or another. Their ploy simply doesn’t seem to grasp the concept of hospitality. Hospitality is about extending liberality, goodwill, graciousness, and cheer to all who you SERVE. Your sole job is to SERVE your GUESTS.||||On this particular stay, I flew from a thousand miles away to see my daughter for her 13th birthday which is Christmas Eve. I requested a late check-out from the front desk person, Oscar, and was only offered 30 minutes. I asked if noon would work (as her birthday party doesn’t begin until 1 PM) shortly after which I have to drive 2 hours to fly back to Florida), and was told that the housekeepers wanted to leave early due to the holidays. EXTENDED STAY “AWAY” AlMERICA! Don’t bother consider even staying here.the front desk is closed at night , so when your key gets demagnetized and you get locked out of your room ,which happened to another guests and I there’s no help from anyone.theres a late night check in phone@ front entrance. Which I was on hold for 10 mins Also will not give extra towels or linens without exchanging them first. Don’t even ask for a extra blanket.. I offered a deposit since they were being so scarey about people taking extra stuff but they refused. I guess they only have one assigned blanket for each room not one extra blanket period.dont even get me started about the breakfast!

The location was perfect close to where my work is the only issue I had were people smoking marijuana in their rooms since I'm allergic to it and it causes me to have very severe migraines.
