Extended Stay America Suites- Boston - Woburn

Great staff, always helpful if needed. Crystal and Melissa are always great, Midnight Mike always busy and knowledgeable at those hours. The room cleaners are friendly and busy. The guests are mostly respectful, if not they leave or comply. I've been here for over two years, no subsidy or assistance. Better than any apartment complex I've been in.

During my recent stay, Kyle went above and beyond to make the entire experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to every detail. He took the time to checked in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed.||What really stood out was Kyle’s warmth and positive attitude — he made me feel truly welcome, like a valued guest rather than just another traveler passing through. Me and my family are staying here in-between moving to a new residence, the staff has always been very accommodating with anything we need. Crystal the GM, Rose & Melissa handle every request with professionalism and make sure every request gets done in a timely manner. The rooms are comfortable and clean, however, should something go wrong Mason in the maintaince dept responds quickly and gets the job done. This hotel allows pets my only advice would be to request a room without carpet should you have allergies.

The hotel was close enough to Salem to make the drive fairly easy, but far enough away that we werent paying the higher rates just for the location. The room was nice, but there were no supplies or dishes with the kitchenette... which made it completely useless to us. I reserved the suite so I could save us from eating out, but what good is a stove if ypu dont have any pots and pans? The kitchenette was completely bare! Very disappointing.

Positive: The cost and kitchen Negative: The manger at extended stay america in wouburn has a bad aditude, swears at renters, refuses to listen to costumers and is extremely ignorant. I will personally see to it she no longer works for Extended Stay of America Hotel ever again.
