Extended Stay America Suites- Boise - Airport

Love this place. I'm a big guy. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Plenty of room to store and hang my cloths and lay my shoes. Two desks with great chairs. Rooms have kitchen with stove, full refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for me to spoil myself with a big breakfast, or any meal of the day. If I’m heading out early they have me covered with great grab and go coffee including delicious muffins and the like. Best of all is the management. Leadership all the way to housecleaning truly cares. Great home away from home.

From the moment I walked into the cleanest room I'd ever seen I knew I'd made the right choice. I didn't know my two week stay would stretch to FIVE, but I was actually happy it did. Despite my picture window facing the parking lot I Never heard a car start, or a door close. Even though temps hit 101 one day I still didn't need the big A/ C unit. My kitchenette was completely outfitted and the fridge was full-sized. The ladies who manned the reception desk could not have been nicer, sharper and actually welcomed the chance to go the extra mile. This hotel is close to the airport which is great if you're traveling. The manager Melanie is fantastic so sweet and takes great care of you. It is set up with everything you need for long stay or short. Really really clean and the evening gal I believe her name is Juanita she is just funny and friendly and just cute as a bug. The team there is fantastic very friendly and they take such good care of the place. Was there over the weekend and we'll stay there again any chance we get. Big thumbs up to the team and Extended Stay America!!

Positive: Clean for the most part Negative: Front desk person was not friendly. The room would not get warm. There was sticky stuff on the floor.

The customer service representative exhibited unprofessional behavior, which hindered my ability to assist the customer effectively. It is imperative that she enhance her professional demeanor. Not recommended at all. Consider booking a different hotel. If you seek an exceptionally negative experience, this establishment may be suitable for you. The lady requires additional training.
