Extended Stay America Suites- Allentown - Bethlehem

I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels. I will tell you I'm very picky about where I stay and this is the absolute truth. The people here have all been so nice and very professional and helpful with everything. The rooms are absolutely clean and whatever reviews of roaches isn't true because I'm extremely impressed with the comfort I've had every night where I wad able to sleep through the whole night. I would give more stars if I could. Definitely clean comfortable and the greatest staff. A lady that cleans the rooms even told me happy valentines day she was a Spanish lady I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but to me just walking by she stopped and said that and that is so amazing that she made the time to do that for me just because she was happy it made me grateful for having pe

Positive: Price/location Negative: Room had roaches/had no pillow cases in room front desk had to find pillow cases for our room

Unexpectedly found myself needing lodging, Johnny the night manager was professional, accommodating and friendly. When the computer system went down, he worked with the technical support to fix it while simultaneously engaging the crowd at the front desk. He deserves recognition for his hard work..

The only thing I have to say is that you have an amazing manager at this hotel. Victoria is amazing. She solves any issues you may have quickly and in a very respectful manner. I would recommend to family and friends to stay when they travel to Pennsylvania. The staff also is great as well.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars for Victoria — 3 Stars for the Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Extended Stay should be very grateful to have a manager like Victoria. I called in last night and she was incredibly helpful she knew exactly how to speak, how to guide, and how to make a guest feel taken care of. When I met her in person, her energy matched everything from the call. Her customer service, professionalism, and the way she pays attention to guests’ needs is rare and truly appreciated. Victoria deserves 5 stars on her own. The hotel itself gets 3. Unbeknownst to her, I’m writing this review but great service deserves to be acknowledged.
