Extended Stay America Select Suites- Wichita - Airport

We were trying to check in and did so before online and everything was fine. From the very moment we walked in Michelle at the front was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! she had the worst attitude I have ever seen. If you want peoples business that plan to stay there longer than one night, then get a different front desk person that has better customer service skills.

I mean its a col place to take a gal or kick it by yourself but I wouldn't take family or children there. It's got a laundry mat, and it's like entering the west side, but it's so secluded. Hard to find and not friendly to delivery peopke.

michelle it’s very helpful and very by the book but she helped drop my rent almost $50 cause I have been here for months and she always helps with any questions that I have didn’t give me any trouble about my service animal. She’s very great and I’m very grateful for her help and her hard work.!

My stay was for one night so I could rest. The front desk employees were friendly and nice. The facility was outdated and dirty. The room had damage that could easily be repaired and I saw some bugs. I was so worried about the bugs getting into my things that I kept all my stuff off the floor and I only slept on the top of the covers. Worst night of sleep in a hotel in recent memory. The next morning, I had a cold shower because the hot water wasn't working. I'm about done trying to save money when I travel. I say stay away from this place.

This is one of the worst hotels I've been to. The rooms stink of cigarettes, there are stains on pillows, and sheets. The paint is tearing off the walls. You also have to PAY for clean towels.. and the staff are not nice the customer service here sucks. It's just super trashy in general. I 100% do not recommend. P.S. they have cockroaches!!! I just saw one!!
