Good value and kind staff - manage your expectations. I’ve been staying at this location for a few months and it’s been a great fit for my budget while I wait for my job transfer to a different state. The staff here are genuinely kind and attentive and they’ve done a solid job at keeping the place clean and comfortable. Just a reminder, this isn’t a luxury hotel - but for the price it delivers exactly what it should. Reliable affordable and run by very good people.

Edna, Jazmin, and Mantannah made sure everything was smooth and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the care and attention they put into our stay. It was a peaceful, enjoyable experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! 💕✨

Positive: The staff did the best they could and were quite friendly and helpful Negative: A dresser drawer had been kicked in. Someone had punched--as in with a fist--a hole in the bathroom door. Someone had scratched KILL MYSELF into the surface of the table. Constant construction noise.

The condition of the rooms, the service, and the location are not the reason for my low rating. The grounds are filthy, littered with trash and cigarette butts. All of the people who are supposed to clean or perform maintenance are standing around talking and smoking. And about smoking: at check in, I signed an agreement that I wouldn’t smoke in unauthorized areas, facing fines or eviction for violating, but apparently Management is just blowing smoke, pun intended. Every day, all day and all night, people are standing on the second and third floor walkways smoking cigarettes, etc. No one is hiding. I mentioned the non-smoking policy to an employee and she said, “Ron doesn’t care about that. He just makes sure they pay for their room, and after that he doesn’t care what they do.” I’ve
