Extended Stay America Select Suites- Shreveport - Airport

I love the hotel 🏨 its quite, n peaceful ✌️The guess are frdly nice in passing. The hotel 🏨 staff is great From Mr.Billy and to the pretty lady with dreadlocks, to the house keeper everyone is kind and sweet. The rooms are made like a small New York apartments they are beautiful...with a big ice box stove n sink area. I love the fact that u can open the windows 🪟 & get fresh air. It's in a nice area of Shreveport off pines rd. Right up the st. From a shoping center the shopping center has everything need. Theres a family dollar phone stores clothing stores plus a happy hour spot and a nice cheap buffet that has great food 😋 I love to stop by the buffet n get a to go plate 🍽 n cum back to the room n watch TV 📺 they TV so fye it has Netflix youtube n cable. Positive: Nothing at all but it was quiet at least just ale sure you bring your own cleaning materials, towels, sheets and bed spread. Negative: I didn’t not like the unattended staff that’s never at the desk so prepare to stay at the front desk for an hour. I did not like that the walls had blood on them the sheets were dirty I would not recommend staying back at this hotel. Air does get cold tho

This place is horrible! Roaches in the bed and the walls. Floors were dirty, i wiped with a Lysol wipes and omg it was filthy! Halls smells like cigarettes. I drove from Dallas and turned around and drove back home. I do recommend this place at all.

Everyone here is awesome they try to make my stay less stressful all the time. & also The housekeeper Ms. Joyce Beasley, she is a great worker anytime I ever need anything. All I have to do is ask her and she’ll try her best to get it done for me. She is very clean. She’s really really great at what she does. She’s really nice and very professional.

Gen Mgr. Ebony was contacted by me this past Sunday. It was concerning a comment that was made to me by a front desk attendant under her breath. I informed Ebony of what I had experienced the prior week by this front desk attendant. She gave me 1 night complementary stay. My sheets were stained yellow so were my towels in the room. Hardly any toilet paper loud people above me. I stayed one additional night paid $75 under the impression Ebony would make things rite. She did not so I checked out this morning. When I left Ebony was at the front desk gave her my key card and she gave me a stare down dirty look. Myself nobody deserves treatment like that. This place is got a lot of issues going on. I have reported this property to Corporate.
