Extended Stay America Select Suites- Raleigh - RDU Airport

I want to the manager Ms Angela runs a great establishment at this hotel. Any misunderstanding I have had she explains in an easy to understand detailed manner. She is always full of smiles and great energy, very polite and respectful, and takes care of issues on the spot. I’ve been staying at this hotel for some time now and the other staff members are also very respectful and accommodating. Room service is great, maintenance is on point and are quick to repair the washer and dryers in the laundry room and any issue I’m having with the room.

Positive: The staff was friendly and quickly accommodated our needs of more pillows. Negative: The room was supposed to have a queen bed but was a full. The dresser in the room was broken, tv and mirror weren’t aligned, and the bathroom door didn’t open all the way bec someone put the shower rod too low.

I like it here. Angela is a wonderful and caring Manager! She’s very considerate and understanding. She makes sure that when I need something for our room that s taken care. Another thing that I enjoy about this location is that if you book online under a deal or a special through another website or third-party, she will make sure that you keep that deal even if the cost of the room is different on the extended-stay website bc she values her customers! The area is quiet and calm for being located right by the airport bc she makes sure the peace is kept. If every location had an Angela extended stay would thrive! Real Talk! 😎🔥

We booked due to a high review score on Hotels.com. The first room had some suspect floor stains and a couple of roaches, but it was the headache-inducing smell that messed us up too much to continue staying in there for more than an hour. The second room, on a higher floor, had a heavy cigarette smoke smell. As they had no further rooms, we were refunded. The staff was understanding, but due to the state of the place I don't think I can recommend it.

I have been here over a month and while I have read others review, I would like too state! " No hotel, apartment complex etc is completely bug free, because you do have guests that are not as clean as others. Anytime, I have had any issues Maintaince whom is very polite, efficient takes care of it!! The GM Mrs.Angela has always been polite and professional with me!! I work night shift and I sleep during the day and I ca say the safety of the hotel is awesome" the police department always does rounds at least 3 times per night and once in the day! " Overall my experience here has been nothing except helpful and homie!
