Fine location. Rooms themselves are pretty decent for the price. I did find myself wishing I was in my room alone instead of with the fat roaches that pop out when the lights have been off long enough. Idk about you but that makes me not want to stay again. 🤷🏿‍♂️ Edit: Roaches. This is their hotel. I'm certain the staff knows it and has conceded the war. The floors ARE dirty. The building doesn't seem old enough to even be this gross. Walked out feeling like I need to immediately launder any luggage I brought into this room so as not to spread this roach infestation anywhere else. I honestly feel I'm due a refund. The only way I feel this would be acceptable/honest would be to have guests sign an acknowledgement at checkin where they make this roach problem apparent upfront. Sounds dramat

They only send house keeping 1 time in 2 weeks and if you ask for clen bedding or towels in between they charge 2 dollars and some change. There laundry 450 to wash 4 too dry. Our sheets had brownish colored stains I ask them about it they said it was rust.i washed them here in laundry and I dried but they didnt even dry on the 4 dollar dry it was just sheets. They never offered me my money back it was just the point throw them away if they look like that. NO SMOKING IN HOTEL ANYWHERE. If smoke alarms sound off they fine you 250 fine and ask you to leave. No open candles allowed 250 fine for that also. If Dog trap isnt picked up another fine But there is sign in room that says for ventilation purpose remember open window while cooking. That tells me alarm will probably sound. Wth.

I would give zero stars if I could... We checked in on a Sat ti what looked like a extremely nice hotel... Our 1st night there we spotted roaches.... We reported to front desk staff... They promised to spray and promised to spray but never did. I informed them I am chronically ill and its a health hazard....Nothing as we reported everyday for a week. I started getting sick which in return we tried to check out but Brook informed us of the extra charges if we did... I said fine ill report you for unauthorized charges, then she threatened to if we did to call the police. So we had to keep paying even when we left. I ended up going to a free standing ER, sure enough an infection... Mind you a day before Thanksgiving... I ended up on antibiotics and couldn't go home to see my sister as she has

Positive: Absolutely nothing. Negative: I found five cockroaches in my room.The staff said what she could do about it was.I could check out not to mention.I booked a two bed, and they only had a one bed.Available, so i'm out the extra money

Awful rooms. No towels no soaps except a bar. Shower head was gross. The bed was good though. The TV was semi broken. The whole place is pay per service. Like the phone for example. I unplugged it because if you pick up the receiver it's a dollar.
