Extended Stay America Select Suites- Jackson - North

Convenient and easy. Anna at the front desk was super cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Everything was clean and comfy. Only docked 1 star due to room being a little tired- stove did not work (not a big deal for us this was only a 1 night stop over on a road trip) other obvious wear on multiple surfaces and table was a little broken. But overall we had a great experience.

Positive: Loved the price, location, and cleanliness! Negative: I’ve got classes in Jackson two day a week. And I don’t want to make my drive two times straight. So I’ll be staying here two day a week up till October. The heavy set young guy is so unlikable. So unpleasant. He acts like he wants to go home.rude.

Terrible place. As we came into our rooms as I booked two rooms the stench of cleaning solutions was overpowering but the rooms were not clean every surface and tile floor was sticky and gross. Someone came to try and remedy the floors and it was no better. The r ore for the tv didn’t work and when the rude employee came to try and fix when he couldn’t he said the remotes were locked in the bosses office so of course I said then please figure it out and he responded with no apology but simply if we didn’t like it too bad you can check out. Only one towel in the room when I asked for another they gave me tattered bath mats. There are many more things I could mention but this place isn’t worth the effort.

When we arrived, our booked room was unavailable so we got downgraded (for the same price). The receptionist gave us one room then when we were leaving decided on another. When we enterred it reeked of smoke. We asked to change. The 3rd room was also smelling of smoke and it was clear that besides the bedsheets (we hope/think), nothing was cleaned. Hair in the bathroom, toilet grimmy, dead bugs around the fridge and inside. There was also no trash bins. Ironically they have signage saying they give kitchen materials in the rooms and reception, but they actually don't anymore. So maybe remove those signs? I've stayed in extended stays before and many motels....this is probably one of the worse....

I had my baby a sleepover here and couldn’t access one of the rooms . When I went to tell boomer the service clerk he was nowhere to be found so we all were stuck in one room. When I talked to the manager that next morning he was rude and everybody was telling him I been came and tried to speak with them. However, they never fixed the problem nor did he reach out to be “ jcq “ they were so unprofessional.
