The highlight of this location is the employees. And I know that many who frequent ESA might be in shock. Three examples come to mind. The bathroom sink drain plug was stuck. Pete is the maintenance man and he visited, saw what was truly needed. He replaced the entire faucet assembly within 18 hours of the issue being reported. Next is the overall demeanor of the desk staff. The genuinely want to be helpful bc and connect. I watched time and again how the creatively solved people’s issues. Thirdly I’d like to call out the Manager. She listens with a caring heart. She not only hold to the rules of the business, but she presents facts clearly and with a degree of compassion I haven’t experienced elsewhere in the chain. She is a role model for the corporation.

Positive: There was nothing great about this hotel. Negative: There is no iron- no blow dryer. The floor was dirty. The entire ?non-smoking? building smelled of cigarette and weed smoke. Elevator was disgusting. No one attending front desk. It looks like people are living in this for months. Cats in the window-

Even though there was only two girls that had to do all the rooms and it took longer than expected to check in it was an absolutely great stay very comfortable and staff was amazing

The rooms have bed bugs, there are blood stains on the walls, you have a kitchen and bathroom, but won’t be provided cooking wear, utensils, nor towels or soap. Some furniture is missing from the counters and the bathtubs don’t strain well so you’ll shower with your feet in a dirty puddle of soot… do I mention the vinyl floors are perpetually dirty? Bring slippers at least. That’s really bad, but the kitchen works, you have a full-size fridge, and a microwave. The plumbing is in order and the lights… mostly work they just flicker on an off. You do get free WiFi and cable though. Service is just one person who is in an out and not always available at the best times. Expect to wait a lot because she is the only person there. Location is pretty convenient and next to 3 gas stations to fuel

The room was full of roaches the whole place was dirty the first Extended Stay I went to an Orange Ave the lady gave me an attitude this one they were much nicer but the rooms were full of cockroaches day by day more we're building up they were in pretty much every corner of the room except the bathroom. I opened the bed side table and I kid you not a big one fell straight onto the ground it was under the drawer as I pulled it out. they were building up inside the freezer. they were on the floor and the stove top coming out of it.
