Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Lakeland-I-4

My husband and I stayed at Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Lakeland for several months, and I can confidently say this was one of the most unprofessional experiences we’ve ever had.||||Every single week, a front-desk manager would show up to our door unannounced—always a couple of days before housekeeping. It started to feel intrusive and unnecessary. Housekeeping made things worse. Two employees who serviced our room repeatedly touched personal belongings and even appeared to take photos while we were told to wait outside. Cleaning consisted of replacing towels, taking out trash, and lightly vacuuming. Bedding was reused on rotation instead of freshly replaced.||||When I brought these concerns to management, they denied everything and brushed it off. The front desk staff were cons

Rooms are a little dated but clean which is more important. Everything worked in our room to problems. Best thing about the stay was the staff. They were always friendly and helpful. Building and breakfast areas were always clean as well as the pool. Close to restaurants and stores and just off I-4. Will return and recommend to others.

I've stayed here before but this room was very dirty. On check in the room I booked was not available, so they "upgraded" me from a queen to a king. The couch was very dirty and when by chance I pulled out the fold up bed...oh my days. It looked like a crime scene in a dive bar. Stains, peanut shells,...so gross. As it was late and a shirt stay I didn't say anything but will probably not stay here again as it seems to be going downhill.

We stayed in a motel in Auburndale and it turned into a bad experience. We were desperate to find somewhere to finish our time in Florida for work. I loved this place. The pool and grab and go breakfast was great. The room was nice. The couch peeled some but that doesn't bother me after what we put up with at the other motel. Convenient on site laundry and vending machine. I probably won't go back to Florida but if find yourself in the area, I recommend this hotel

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We had a confirmed reservation made in advance via Booking, yet when we arrived late at night with two children, the staff refused to check us in. No explanation, no assistance, no alternative accommodation offered. Being turned away in the middle of the night with children, despite having a valid booking, shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency. I strongly advise families and travelers to avoid this place. A confirmed reservation clearly means nothing to their staff.
