Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Fort Myers - Airport

Best long-stay hotel in Fort Myers hands-down. There are only 2 cons for this place. 1. The rooms do not come with dishwashers 2. They have to share the same brand-name with the Extended-Stay Select Suites off of Colonial Blvd. This branch single-handed saved my faith in this company as I was referred to go to an Extended Stay but I chose the one on Colonial because I didn’t know this one existed that costs more, but you can trust the service will be worth it. You could get a better value at WoodSpring, but if you want no problems to stay and free food you can use with your own groceries to make food, or you just really love Starbucks, just come here. It only costs roughly $100-$110 a night if you say less than a week and is cheaper the longer you stay. Thanks to the staff and I’m sorry

Positive: The staff were awesome! They answered all my questions before I had occasion to ask them. I loved the size of the room, the quietness at night, and the ability to shut out outdoor lighting with the pull-down window shade. Negative: How long it took the shower water to get hot.

We were very happy with our stay! From our first greeting by friendly and professional Mary P. at check in, we were made to feel at home. She gave us a great intro to the hotel, with tips on the amenities and services (timing of housekeeping, details of complimentary grab-and-go breakfast, use of laundry room, pool, etc). The hotel is new, on a quiet street, but near tons of shops and restaurants. When a lamp didn't turn on upon arrival, Mary responded in moments herself and had it fixed! All other staff was wonderful also. So pleased with our experience and would highly recommend!

When i walked in, Mary P gave me the utmost professional warm welcome. Told her about my experience at another spot and how i ended up here. She answered all of my questions about the place and the area. Gave me good tips on if I was to move here about flood zones. Great convo. I would love to have more Mary's around. She gave this business a grand slam and I will return and let others know!|Then I met Brittany! She is such a lovely soul. She also answered my questions and let me ramble. Felt like a therapy session. It's very rare to find a place and 2 people are great souls. I greatly appreciated it!

Very disappointing experience. I had to change rooms three times because the rooms were not ready for guests. After multiple changes, they finally gave me a room, but it was very small and had a bad smell inside. It did not match the expectations of my booking. The staff told me they would refund part of the amount because of the inconvenience, but I never received any refund. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
