Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Daytona Beach - Ormond Beach

Wonderful mattress! We stayed one night, but got dishes, pan, etc. I think a small dish soap should be provided. |Only one chair for two people to sit at desk/table. Very low water pressure. |Clean comfortable room.

On the first day I arrived i found a roach in the room thats why Im giving this review also the bed covers and pillow covers wear meant to be white but it had turned yellow due to to not being cleaned for so long and the smell coming from them was unbearable.

After speaking with a lady earlier on the phone I was told there would be 4 pillows on each bed , and there were only 3 provided. When I spoke about this at front desk and asked for more pillows for our room, the front desk girl Jacqueline told us she would be fired and get in trouble if she gave us more. SERIOUSLY, IN TROUBLE. The pillows on an airplane are bigger than what is provided in the room. She could have handled her customer service skills & the situation better within hospitality a little more professional and classy, w/o speaking ill of management that she would be fired and be in trouble. 2/3 more pillows in a hotel that was not even at all fully occupied. Bed is also harder than a rock!!!! Do better!! There were not enough towels for 4 ppl as well and was told the room had

Itzel and Monica displayed the highest level of professionalism. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure my needs were met without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and attentive. I truly appreciate the care and effort shown and will definitely be returning and recommending them to others. And the guys on the night staff made me feel safe. Thank you all from Ms. Taylor

I'm writing this review about Desmond Tobias. He went above and beyond normal customer service,with care and understanding for my family and I during a very difficult time. I Hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Through all of this, he was respectful, understanding, courteous and well mannered.
