Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Augusta

I would like to start by saying That Amanda has been an awesome remarkable sweet. She knows her job. She’s very helpful if I could, I would make a general manager to bring that hotel back up to park when Danielle was there. It was a house full of people in that hotel now I feel like it’s going down. It’s getting worse. The cleaning is awful the sheets not clean on the bed properly!! shower is not clean and the floor is nasty. You can’t keep nobody because every time I have been there y’all have a big turnover with housekeeping big turnover with front desk and Irish has a bad attitude. I don’t know why she’s a general manager if I had to pick it would be an Amanda. and y’all have an awesome housekeeper Rebecca, Cynthia, Monica, but those girls are tired and I could see it. You guys need

Positive: Very clean on the outside and inside. Friendly staff informed me of the breakfast setup they had in morning. I had a small dog and he liked it. The kitchen, frig and microwave were pluses. Negative: ""

Great hotel for extended stay. I love the location. This is a return stay for me. I’ve stated several times in the past and am always pleased with service and cleanliness of the rooms.

Our stay was just ok. The rooms have a very minimalist look to them with commercial looking tables and these weird black wire framed beds. The nightstand is really tiny between the two full beds and barely usable. Could hear stomping and walking above us; this is not acceptable for a three year old hotel, why they didn't make the building with concrete floor decks is beyond me. The biggest sad story here is the breakfast or lack there of. A couple granola bars, 2 apples, oatmeal packets and coffee with no lids. I haven't seen a breakfast this patetic since COVID. Would never stay here again for the price.

The kitchen setup in the rooms is nice, but everything else about the stay left a lot to be desired. Room service is supposed to be upon request, but even when you do request it, it’s hit or miss whether anyone actually shows up. More than once, the cleaning staff simply skipped my room. When I asked the front desk about it, the response was dismissive — as if they couldn’t understand me. On the rare occasions room service did show up, the cleaning was inconsistent and half-hearted. Trash bags weren’t replaced, surfaces weren’t properly wiped down, and the floor was barely swept. My classmates and I even witnessed the cleaning lady sleeping in one of the guest beds while she was supposed to be working. The fire alarm also went off in the middle of the night at 1 AM on my first night, and
