Express Inn

When I first arrived there was a homeless man begging me to rent him a room. Prostitutes were hanging around the parking lot, they were not a bother to me. The moment I entered the room I realized there was no security lock on the door. I used the chair to block the door. I'd been traveling all day I was exhausted and felt ill. I kicked off my shoes and used the restroom. The bathroom ceiling had a previous leak and was peeling and falling. The tub/shower was beyond disgusting. But I just needed a bed. I began to get my dogs toys out and put on my pajamas and I noticed my white socks were black. Ugh it was filthy in there. Again, I just needed a bed. I thought I saw a bug but it moved quickly, I believed it was a beetle or something...I had only pulled over for a moment and booked through

Faisal (not sure proper spelling) was so sweet!! Give him a raise!! He was so sweet, made sure we were absolutely taken care off. Room was excellent and tidy and perfect. Just what we needed. I am so greatful and as a woman i felt absolutely so safe with this hotel. Thank you express inn! You hire the best!!!

Positive: Cold a/c and god ice machine. Negative: This place was a total dump and a roach motel. And I mean literal ROACHES. I had to bo buy spray because the place was crawling with them. People up for all hours outside or your door, noise in the parking lot. Hard Pass next time!

Worst experience of my life. Within 10 minutes of being on the property, I was being harassed by law enforcement, and had not done a single thing wrong or to provoke the situation. I literally drove up, hopped out of the truck, looked over my right shoulder to see (3) officers with guns drawn walking out of the shadows FAST in my direction. Immediately, they began their search & seizure process. I thought this was America, and you had to have probable cause.

Positive: location Negative: walking up to my room on the staircase was a smell of urineI asked for a Quiet room but at 2p m a argument between 2 persons broke out and lasted 20 minutes at 4 pm same persons again got in argumentI cancelled at 8 am my 2nd night reservation.
