Customer Reviews
Owners are RUDE, rooms have roaches AND you may see a mouse or two, they only give you towels once a week, and on THAT special day, they have you gather up your towels and wash cloths, (lord forbid you throw in a pillowcase, that's not gonna fly, have to save that washing for another day!) then, instead of giving you fresh towels for trade, you have to send them and wait for the exact same set(s) to be laundered. (Similar to how prisoners have to send their clothes and wait their return). The TVs have stickers over the original brand to give the facade of a more expensive one. The man owner has a huge attitude most days, was very ungrateful for my business. I had paid for 2 weeks, during one trip to my room to fix the television, I mentioned that if it weren't for people like me (a custome
We prepaid $89 online, with the booking stating $15 due upon arrival. After a 13-hour drive, we were charged an undisclosed deposit, raising the amount due at check-in to $61 instead of $15. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. There was no staff at the front desk upon arrival. We had to call a number to get someone to come unlock the door just to check in. The room was not as advertised and poorly maintained: Only 1 towel for 3 guests No hand towels or soap Toilet paper nearly empty Twin XL beds instead of the 2 queen beds reserved Beds were improperly made Heater did not work Inconsistent water temperature Bathtub had visible holes Signs consistent with possible bedbug activity on the bedding (no live bugs were observed after inspecting the mattresses, but the condition
You get what you pay for. The room had a musty smell, the toilet leaked water onto the floor and the bathroom door handle was loose and unclose-able. It was ok for one night but wouldn’t want to stay any longer.
diesels all night on the road outside. room was just old and smelly. TV lost signal at around 10pm, check in by 3? nope 4-4:30 is what I was told. front office smelled like feet or body order. No one in the office the next morning at 8:30am to check out and the door was still locked. They charged an extra fee of $15.00 and didn't really say what it's for just said I should have read it on my receipt. 2 day later I Called about deposit refund and after I said ok thank you he just hung up. I know it's cheap but just pay $30 more and go down the road.
The stay was generally satisfactory, though there are a few areas for improvement. The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and good air conditioning at a reasonable price. However, I did notice a few small holes in the walls, and the pillow could be softer for added comfort. On the positive side, I did not encounter any issues with cleanliness or bugs, which is always reassuring. Overall, it was a decent experience, with some room for enhancement.
