Muskogee Inn & Suites

Someone got in my room with me in it!!!! I rented a room for 3 nights. The owner or manager was rude. I work nights and knew that I would be getting off work before the check in time. So I paid for a night that I couldn't even use the room until the next morning. When he finally decided to come to check in, he told he didn't have any rooms and I would have to come back at noon. I told him I had a reservation. It took 15 minutes to get him to understand that I had a reservation that I made the day before. Finally got my room. I was in bed when the next thing I knew someone opened my door!!!! They hurried up and shut the door! I immediately got up, put the latch on the door! Whoever it was, didn't say anything! I don't know if it was someone from housekeeping or someone off the street! As a

Okay. Well first things first dude or owner is very rude. I spent $300 to stay here over the last three nights not one time. Did I eat their breakfast in the morning? And actually to be honest I didn't even know that they had breakfast. Nobody told me that so but today is the day that I'm leaving and I went to have some breakfast. It was after 9:00 it was it was 9:15. I grabbed a bowl and grabbed some cereal and I'm assuming it's the owner or somebody rude. Told me that next time I needed to pay attention to the sign said till 9:00. It was the delivery and the way it was said I took it the wrong way. Considering somebody that just spent 300 something dollars here I would have just went on ahead and just let the man have something to eat and go on by his day spending that kind of money with

***Military Beware*** Stay away from this hotel!! First, the guy, I'm assuming the owner was extremely rude! I was on my way from Fort Benning Georgia to Fort Carson Colorado. Somehow I lost or misplaced my driver's license, but I had a picture of it. I was very tired and stopped to get a room. The Indian guy behind the counter would not accept the picture of my Georgia driver's license. So, I showed him my military ID and he said that was not good enough. I always use my military ID when I fly since it is actually more secure and a REAL ID as well. I could not get a room and had to find another hotel who said they gladly accept military ID's. I would not recommend this hotel at all. If I could give 0 stars,I'm not sure he would even deserve that!

This motel is a little gem in Muskogee! We were on the leg home of our cross country road trip and needed a safe place to sleep for the night. This motel looks small but inviting, with the parking lot well lit and pretty lights all around the lobby outside. Staff was welcoming and inviting, helpful, and check in was a breeze. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the beds were too. Parking seemed minimal, but was perfect and literally parked right outside our room. Breakfast was a limited Continental breakfast but it served the purpose. There wasn't a front desk clerk to check out with in the morning, unfortunately. Location was close to food and other services. I would stay here again!

Positive: Clean and comfortable! Negative: Employees did not even look at me when checking out.
